OnLineAVL

The core of the Navman Wireless vehicle tracking system is the OnLineAVL sophisticated software solution. A Windows based application that provides access and visibility to your fleet's activities via the Internet, allowing you to track, message and monitor your fleet from almost any PC, in any location in the world.

Halo & Qube

The Navman Wireless Halo or Qube system is a vehicle mounted unit that provides real-time vehicle location for transport and service fleets, trailer units, plant or any mobile / static unit that requires real-time monitoring.

MDT

Despatch complete job details, directions or messages to your field staff via the MDT-800 Mobile Data Terminal, utilising either your existing call management package or the Navman Wireless OnLineAVL solution.

How does it work?

The vehicle position is provided by the GPS Satellite system to the Navman Halo or Qube fitted in the vehicle.

The Navman Halo or Qube Unit communicates this information to the Navman OnLineAVL Server.

The Vodafone GPRS Network manages the communication between the vehicle and the Navman OnLineAVL Server via the Internet.

Two Way text messaging is also sent the same way.

The Internet provides the means of transferring the vehicle information to and from the customers office computer.

Office computers display the vehicle information in real time, using Navman's OnLineAVL software.
